    • Provide factual support for changes to scope and trade-offs made during the course of a product lifecycle
    • Work with the testing team contributing to test cases and test plans, planning user tests and production deployments, also helping with bug triage
    • Experience working directly with clients in agile development methodologies

    • Communication: Explain the value of a feature to the developer, non-technical user or an executive sponsor
    • Leadership: Think strategically and tactically. Be collaborative and decisive, enthusiastic and critical. Build trust and influence decision making in various contexts
    • Delivery: Work with the development, testing, business, support and marketing teams to ensure successful launch of a quality product or project
    • User Focus: Demonstrate user empathy and strong user experience sensibilities and be able to conduct user research and create low-fidelity prototypes and user flows

    • Organizational and Time Management: Be highly organized, and able to juggle multiple projects and prioritize your work

    • Consulting, insurance, healthcare or financial services experience
