    BUSINESS ANALYST / PRODUCT MANAGER - MID

    WHAT IS THE POSITION?

     

    The Business Analyst/ Product Manager - Mid is one who is passionate about building the products customers love and the client is proud to own and market. As the business analyst/product manager, you will be interfacing with the client stakeholders, users and engineers and be the one who knows the clients’ business problems inside and out.

     

    • Understand the business the client is in and figure out what works and what needs improvement
    • Understand the user needs and figure out how to incorporate the user feedback into the business priorities
    • Assist senior BA/POs and Designers with facilitating workshops needed to gather requirements, performing user research, and conducting backlog prioritizations to drive towards a common solution
    • Create the models and artifacts needed by designers, engineers, and stakeholders to foster shared understanding of the problems and the solutions
    • Transform the business requirements to a set of actionable user stories for development to consume
    • Be the trusted partner of the product owner or product manager from the client side

     

    EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

     

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Library Science, History, Anthropology or related field or over 2-3 years’ experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, Product Manager or Solutions Architect
    • Experience working in environments with competing priorities and agendas
    • Should be a strong communicator and delivery master
    • Ability to show empathy and be an active listener
    • Strong problem solver
    • Skills on various business process modelling tools, wireframing tools that are needed to get the job done
    • Experience in Consulting is a plus
    • Experience on SharePoint, O365, SQL or Power BI projects is a strong plus
    • Competence with Agile methodology and Agile Analysis/Lean requirements
