    SALES COORDINATOR

    RESPONSIBILITIES

     

    •  Liaison between sales reps and operations to help track staffing requests and open opportunities
    •  Works with sales reps to identify and track resource roll-offs
    •  Manages client data sheets for Business Development Managers
    •  Ensures client account information is accurate and up to date
    •  Coordinates Account planning meetings
    •  Provides operations support to sales team

     

    PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

     

    • Bachelor's Degree
    •  2+ years' work experience in a Sales Admin role
    •  Proficient in MS office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
    •  Must have strong communication skills
    •  Must have strong organizational skills, attention to detail and problem-solving skills
    •  Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
    •  Able to manage your own time and work well both independently and as part of a team
    •  Ability to handle diverse situations and rapidly changing priorities
    •  Salesforce.com knowledge a plus
